Return Process

  Log into your WatchNation account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the watch in its original presentation box with all manuals and warranty cards, ensuring it is securely packed inside a protective shipping carton.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided pre-paid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for reference.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our horologists inspect the item to confirm its original condition, we will process your full refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
